DESCRIPTION:May is Sexual Violence Prevention Month in Canada\, and this year the CKSACC is proud to be a part of a series of events. \nJoin us on May 17th @10am-3pm for a self-defense workshop hosted by KAYO (340 Richmond St.\, Chatham). Come learn effective self-defense moves for real-life situations with a focus on how to improve awareness and avoid danger\, confidence-building techniques\, and simple but powerful strategies for any skill level! \nWe will be offering a light lunch for all participants. \nNo cost to participate.
